- Navigate to the desired Project or Portfolio for which you wish to use a Report Setup Form.
- From the Project Overview or Portfolio Overview Sections Bar, navigate to the Report section.
- Select the desired Report Template and click the "Report Setup Form" icon, located at the top-right corner of the Report Template.
- Fill in desired Parameters and click the "Save & Close" button to finalize your selections.
