Notification Period

Notification Period is the time frame in which PowerHub Lithium begins to send Notifications to the applicable Members.

Once a Task reaches the Notification Period, it becomes an Upcoming Task. PowerHub Lithium takes the End Date of a Task and deducts the number of Notification Days.

Example: If the End Date for a given Task is set for Monday, May 15 and the user enters a value of 7 for Notification Days, then PowerHub Lithium would begin sending Notifications on Monday, May 8 for the Calendar Days option or on Thursday, May 4 for the Business Days option.

The Notification Period ends once a Task's Status has been changed to 'Complete' or 'Closed'.
