How-to Contact Us

  1. Click the "Contact Us" icon, located in the MyBar.
  2. There are 4 methods of inquiry available to all PowerHub Lithium users:

    • Helpdesk:
      • Click the "Go To HelpDesk" button, highlighted in green. PowerHub Lithium then redirects you to a new tab within your browser, where you will be required to "Sign In".
      • Once signed in, click the "Submit a Request" button, located at the top of the page.
      • Next, you will be required to select a ticket type, enter your email address, a ticket description, as well as the type of feature that you are experiencing issues with.
      • If required, you can also add any attachments related to the issue to the request.
      • Once the required information has been entered, click the "Submit" button.

Note: In order to login to the PowerHub Lithium Helpdesk as a registered user, you must first be invited by your Customer Success Specialist; at which point, you will be able to create a unique Helpdesk account.
