To return to the login screen, use the Logout button.
Use the Contact Us page to access our Helpdesk and direct contact information.
Your User Profile lets you make changes to your name, password, and set default language.
Manage Organizations is used by administrators to carry out tasks ranging from adding new projects to managing security settings.
Within the scope of your permissions Portfolios, Projects and Tasks all link to a masterlist of their respective categories.

User Profile
After being invited to PowerHub as a new organization member, you'll receive a link via email to set up your user profile.
You'll then be asked to set a profile name (Profile), password, and preferred language (User Preference). PowerHub is currently offered in English, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish (Latin America).
You can always Edit these setting via the User Profile (displayed as your profile name) button on the right side of the MyBar.
Organizations, Portfolios and Projects
Organizations are teams on the platform (for example, the fictional Solar Group 20), with each Organization then having one or more Portfolios, which are a collection of their Projects. So Solar Group 20 might have a France portfolio, which is a collection of their 20 projects across France.
The overall hierarchy of the platform is Organization > Portfolio > Project. In this example, that might be Solar Group 20 > France Portfolio > Wind Farm 4.
A Project is the lowest level in PowerHub, and it's the customizable systems of managing Projects—which are either under development or considered to be an asset—that are at the core of PowerHub's functionality.
If you're an Administrator, you'll find more information on setting up Projects and Portfolios in our Administrative Tools article.
Tasks
The Tasks section of the MyBar gives you an aggregate list of all tasks either assigned to you or on your watch list, across all portfolios and projects you have access too.
Like many areas of the platform, you can use the Search and Filter buttons to narrow down this list.
For a more in-depth look at Tasks and how to use them, see our article here.
Dashboards
Your Dashboard is a prime example of PowerHub's ability to centralize your data and make it useful; they're found in three places on the platform including users' login screens (your personal dashboard) and dashboards specific to portfolios, and projects.
All of these Dashboards can be customized by adding, editing or deleting different widgets. The following videos explain how to customize your Dashboards:
Information Cards
When a Project or Portfolio is created (an action that can only be performed by administrators), certain pieces of information are requested. The portfolio/project name, organization, address, city, and start date are basic details that become part of an Information Card in the Portfolio or Project listings.
To highlight a specific portfolio or project (ensuring that it appears at the top of your listings), click on the star icon in the top-right corner of the portfolio or project information card.

Sections Bar
The Sections Bar is a central navigational tool granting access to features you have permissions to use. It appears on the left-hand side of your portfolios and projects.
Within the Sections Bar, you can toggle between two menus giving you access to "front-end" Portfolio/Project Overview features, and "back-end" Portfolio/Project Setup features. If you're an administrator or have been given the right permissions, you'll find the setup menu button just below the project name.
Portfolio/ Project Overview
The Overview menu grants access to all of PowerHub's front-end features for use after setup is done. The Overview page itself acts as a Dashboard for specific portfolios or projects, while remaining sections offer numerous ways to edit and interact with them. For more information, refer to our Knowledge Base for an in-depth look at each section.

Portfolio/ Project Setup
|
The Setup menu contains back-end, setup-oriented features primarily for use by administrators. Sections within the setup menu are used to set up things like forms, reports, and integrations with third-party data monitors.

General Navigation
You'll find some common navigational tools throughout the platform to make your life easier.
Bulk Editing and List Views
Bulk Editing allows you to change the same parameters you can change when editing a single item, but for all the those selected.
By checking the box at the far left under the section name, all items in the list below will be selected (in this example a list of tasks). On the contrary, you can select individual items from a list to include in a bulk edit.
A count of how many items selected and a button to access the Edit menu will appear after selecting multiple items.
Next to the Bulk Edit checkbox are two buttons that allow you to Collapse and Expand details associated with list items. Listed items are expanded by default, but condensing them is often helpful when trying to find a specific item.
Search and Filtering
The Search and Filtering buttons are tools found in section headers throughout the platform, designed to help you sort through large volumes of data.
Search
Use the search button to search the titles of any list of items you see the button above.
Filtering
Since the search function only queries titles of items you're searching through, the Filter tool can be used to pick out more specific details and data ranges.
Filtering options are unique to the section you're working with; the example below is a filter menu built for Tasks:
When your happy with your selected filtering options, click Apply to see a filtered list of items.
